Moisturizing Face Cream

This face cream is very moisturizing and quickly absorbed, leaving your skin soft and smooth.

Water: Do not use tap water, it contains bacteria that will spoil the cream.

2/3 cup Distilled water or Rosewater
1/3 cup Aloe Vera gel OR
Comfrey root tea - strained (1 T Comfrey root & ½ cup distilled water)
Coriander essential oil
Vitamin A or E, optional

Oils:
¾ cup almond or apricot oil
1/3 cup cocoa butter
1 teaspoon anhydrous lanolin
2 tablespoons liquid lecithin
½ oz beeswax, grated

Melt the oils and beeswax together in a small pan or double boiler. Do not burn. Set aside to cool.
Cut and peel the Aloe and whip in a blender. Add the distilled water to the Aloe and blend. Pour the oil mixture into a measuring cup, turn the blender on high and slowly drizzle the oil into the blender. The mixture will immediately change consistency and become thicker. Spoon it into an amber glass jar with a lid.
No refrigeration is needed.
