3 cups stinging nettles
ΒΌ cup Lemon Juice
1cup roasted carrots (or other veg)
3 tbls raw hemp seeds
1 clove fresh garlic
2 tsp honey (optional)
1/2 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Salt to taste
Blend or pulse lemon juice, olive oil, honey, salt, hemp seeds, carrots
& garlic in a food processor until densely chopped, then add nettles and
pulse until desired consistency. Stir into hot rice or pasta.
